In case any of the services are not in accordance to the brochure, you must report your complaint in writing to the school secretariat within the first week after arrival.
LTS will rectify the situation with 2 working days. If the services are still not in accordance with the brochure description, there are 2 possibilities:
LTS agrees with you and will refund the total amount of the course and lodging price.
If LTS does not come to an agreement with you, your complaint will be handled by an independent arbitration commission of the regional Spanish government. The appointed arbitrator will decide whether your complaint is worthy of the money-back guarantee.
D.E.L.E. exam...
If you attend 90% of the classes for 9 consecutive months at any of the LTS schools, we guarantee that you will successfully pass the official D.E.L.E. Intermediate exam. Should you not pass, LTS will provide 4 extra weeks of study free of charge as well as pay the reexamination fees.
