This course combines the learning of Spanish while enjoying cooking Spanish or Mexican cuisine! In this course, you will complement your Intensive Spanish course with your specialized cooking class hours.
The cooking course must be combined with an Intensive Spanish course (20+5 hours/week) in don Quijote Salamanca or don Quijote Guanajuato. In Salamanca, the cooking classes take place twice a week for 2 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm to 8pm. You will learn to prepare Spanish "tortilla", "sangria", "tapas" and of course sample your new recipes.
In Guanajuato, the 1 week course is adapted to the necessities of its interested students since the course can only be booked directly with the school.
The cooking course includes ingredients, tasting and discussion. The cuisine teacher is a professional teacher of culinary arts.
