Now the visitors to a travel Spanish web site will be able to initiate a chat request by clicking on a button situated to the left hand. Upon clicking this button, a chat window opens on the visitor's browser, and the LTS staff will receive a "request to chat" alert, and then we can chat to resolve doubts or a general inqueries about LTS.
